Diabolous Ambientium is an album of darker ambient music composed in 72 Equal Temperament, 72 notes to an octave. A fretless, sustainer guitar is played with various effects to create these ambient soundscapes.

A Frippertronics style of looping is used in order to create ongoing loops that decay and fade away. Ligeti style sonic nets are also used to create uncertainty and condensed textures. There are no overdubs employed in this recording. All tracks were recorded live and no one was hurt by playing 72ET.

These soundscapes reflect the inner turmoil within all of us, the dark and the light. There will always be struggles and conflicts as we move through our lives.

The picture on the album is of the Devil being stepped on his throat by the foot of St. Michael, the protector of us all. The statue resides at St. Leonard Catholic Church in the North End of Boston. It was the first Roman Catholic Church built in New England by Italian immigrants in 1873.

Music has the power to heal, reflect, and motivate.
